Returns Policy

Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping it parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug but not tight, allowing for a finger's width of space.

With the person standing with their feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the hips at the widest point, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and not twisted. This measurement should be taken with the person wearing light clothing to ensure accuracy.

Heel Height (Head to Floor with Heels/Shoes Height): This measurement is useful for determining the appropriate length for dresses or pants when wearing heels or specific shoes. Have the person stand straight against a wall, wearing the shoes they intend to wear with the garment.
