Returns Policy

It's important that the person wears their usual undergarments to get an accurate measurement.

Full Shoulder Width (Back of the Shoulder): This measurement determines the distance between the edges of the shoulders. Have the person being measured face away from you, standing upright with their arms relaxed. Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder (where the arm meets the shoulder) to the other, following the natural curve of the back. Ensure the tape measure remains horizontal.

Waist: Typically, the waist measurement is taken about an inch above the belly button, where the waist naturally curves inward. The person should stand upright and breathe normally. Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping it parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug but not tight, allowing for a finger's width of space.

Hips: Measuring the hips requires identifying the fullest part of the hip and buttock area. With the person standing with their feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the hips at the widest point, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and not twisted. This measurement should be taken with the person wearing light clothing to ensure accuracy.

Heel Height (Head to Floor with Heels/Shoes Height): This measurement is useful for determining the appropriate length for dresses or pants when wearing heels or specific shoes. Have the person stand straight against a wall, wearing the shoes they intend to wear with the garment. Measure from the top of the head straight down to the floor, following the body's silhouette, while accounting for the added height of the heels or shoes.
