Returns Policy

Our store offers a 30-day return window for most products, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, the possibility of a return depends on the individual vendor's policy.

   • Orders not adhering to this may incur a 20% restocking fee or be outright rejected.

With the person standing with their feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the hips at the widest point, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor and not twisted. This measurement should be taken with the person wearing light clothing to ensure accuracy.

Heel Height (Head to Floor with Heels/Shoes Height): This measurement is useful for determining the appropriate length for dresses or pants when wearing heels or specific shoes.
